Delta Zeta Tau is the oldest women’s social service club on Lee University’s campus. The foundations for Delta Zeta Tau were laid 44 years ago in the fall of 1964. This legacy is one, which grows with each passing year and each member’s mark that is left behind. Roman’s 12:1-13 sets the standard for the character of this sisterhood and our crest represents every part of who we strive to be, knowledgeable women who seek the heart of God.
We strive to set a good example spiritually, academically, and socially in all that we do, putting prayer into each decision that is made in order to further our society. Each young woman that has participated in Delta Zeta Tau has proudly worn the colors red & white representing the blood of Jesus and the purity that is gained through a sacrificial life.
Delta Zeta Tau upholds their motto through service that is dedicated to meet the needs of the Lee faculty and staff, the student body, and the surrounding community. Our motto “We Seek to Serve” is one that is etched in the hearts of every member both current and alumni and the lessons we have learned through Delta Zeta Tau are one’s that will never be forgotten. |
