Every Spring semester, DZT puts on a Valentine's Day-themed event called The Hook Up. It is held in the Student Union which is transformed by hundreds of hearts and lots of candy. A game show is put on with pre-selected contestants. There are three categories which are single, dating, and married. Questions are asked to see who is the most compatible and the winners receive gift certificates to various restaurants around Chattanooga.

There is also free pizza, drinks, and lents of candy to go around. Door prizes are given throughout the night, so come ready for great food, good entrainment, and lots of fun! You can look on the school calendar for the exact date and time.
