Zeta. How do I even begin to describe what a blessing it is? It is truly a blessing in disguise. With each passing day, it becomes more and more apparent how God has orchestrated our lives for such a time as this. He has clearly brought each lady of ZCL to this spot and I am honored to be a part of such a cherished sisterhood. My desire for Zeta was to see to it that we challenged each other to grow and be stretched. Each of my sisters has risen to that challenge, gone far beyond what was expected of them and proven themselves to be Zeta embodied. I could not dream of sharing my time in ZCLwith anyone else.
Beginning a new social service club is quit a challenge. We prepared for those challenges and met them head on, thanks to the guidance of Alan McClung and the support of the Greek community. I cannot properly express how blessed we have felt by the warm welcome we have received from the Greek family. Joining such outstanding clubs in service to Lee and the community has been an honor.
As Zeta's first president, I look forward to the day when I may look back and see the impact Zeta has had, not only on my life, or the lives of our original 13 members but on the numerous ladies to follow. I know that the things I've learned while leading Zeta will remain with me for the rest of my life. I pray that I will have loved as Christ would. I desire to hold the trust of each ZCL lady. I hope that I will have protected the sisterhood in every way possible and I know that I will have gained great joy through my time in service.
